I am using woocommerce bookings, accommodation bookings and vendors to add a booking widget to various business listings on my directory website.
This feature was working perfectly but recently something has happened to cause the listings to ignore the product associated with their listing, and take the most recently published accommodation product.
When I check availability on any properly, it always shows Myalup Beach Caravan Park Availability!
Please see the screen shots in this folder to better understand the issue.
I thought it might be an issue with Woocommerce so I contacted their support and below is their response:
Those particular pages are handled under the Listings tab on your dashboard, and based on what I see on the dashboard and the theme, those are part of the My Listing theme on your site. With the recent updates for WooCommerce, 27collective may have made an update to the theme (since that’s a purchased theme from a third party, it’s something I can’t check from here.)
Since this is related to the theme, I won’t be able to find out why it’s not behaving as it’s supposed to, but I think the following steps will help to narrow down the cause:
- First, would you mind checking to see if there’s an update to the “My Listing” theme available from 27collective? If so, update the theme (this can be done without affecting your child theme).
- If that doesn’t correct it, try switching to the main “My Listing” theme and see if it has the same issues. If it doesn’t, then there’s something in that child theme’s code that’s interfering with the listing. Custom coding is outside our scope of support, but the 27collective knowledgebase.
- If the problem is still happening, then there’s an issue with the “My Listing” theme itself. You may want to reach to 27collective for assistance with troubleshooting the issue.
I will send the login details in a private ticket.
