Good morning everyone,
Actually, Job manager do not include variable listing subscriptions in WooCommerce. So users can’t upgrade or downgrade for one listing they created… we have to do it manually, check every subscription so users do not accumulate their subscriptions.
I saw on Github a post dated from October 2018 that WP Job Manager’s developers submitted this feature to their features requests but they can’t fix a date for it.
I already know that in the next update of the theme, you planned to remove WP Job Manager, so I have few questions to ask…
1. Will we be able to link listings to subscriptions as we already can ?
If yes, did you planned to include the “Variable listing subscription” as a type of product in WooCommerce, for the next update, or later ?
2. I’m not a developer but I know that some lines of code are sometimes enough to solve a problem (especially if you no longer depend on an external plugin).
Would it be possible to ensure that when a user selects a plan for one of its listings, the old plan associated to this listing is automatically deleted ?
And when this user decides to cancel the subscription associated with his listing, the listing automatically returns to the first package which is free ?
Could any of your developers complete this task ? or some developers with whom you are in contact ?
We are ready to pay you to make this possible…
Without this feature, we will always have to do it manually, in addition to having to manage everything else…
Thank you for your comprehension,
And thank you for all other features of the theme that are precious and well designed.
