Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if there is some issue, but I cannot add shortcodes through Elementor.
Here’s what I’ve done:
- I generated a shortcode for the search form using your shortcode generator, this is the shortcode: [27-search-form tabs_mode=”light” box_shadow=”no”]
- I edited a page with Elementor. It is home page, default template.
- I added the Elementor shortcode widget and pasted in the shortcode and clicked Apply
- The result is an error message “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.” The modal has 2 options ‘Go Back’ and ‘Learn more’. Leran more links to this page: https://docs.elementor.com/article/56-content-area-not-found?utm_source=editor-panel&utm_medium=wp-dash&utm_campaign=learn. Go Back exits from Elementor.
Can you please advise? I’m using MyListing ver 2.0.10
